Synopsis
In some kind of after life, overlapping with the world of the living, dead people and creatures are just blobs choosing who they want to be for each life cycle. Why’s that you say? Well, it’s just no good to see life through the same pair of eyes for all of eternity.
The longer a blob takes to choose their identity, through the form of a mask, the more they are at risk of forgetting who they used to be, and to just become dangerous pits of oblivion for everything around them.
Our protagonists, Uli & Mo, have chosen to be an owl and (seemingly) a moth.
As they embark on a journey to play music to help the lost blobs remember who they used to be and to light up their way to their future masks, bit by bit, they realize that their own past is something they still have to piece together.
